The founder of Aegis Insight Group has dedicated his adult life to service and protection at the national, state, and community level, beginning in the United States Marine Corps and continuing across roles in investigations, tactical and protective operations, and intelligence.
 

His experience spans state law enforcement, where he served as a SWAT team leader, leading surveillance operations and supporting the execution of high-risk missions; dignitary protection assignments conducted in coordination with agencies including the United States Secret Service; federal service as a Federal Air Marshal in the Washington, D.C. field office; and continued work within a governmental intelligence organization focused on high-level investigations and threat analysis.
 

As a Federal Air Marshal, his work involved advanced surveillance and counter-surveillance techniques, behavioral risk identification, and operating within complex security environments, including coordination with foreign government counterparts in support of aviation and transportation security.
 

Across these roles, he operated in environments where discretion, precision, and sound decision-making were not optional. That standard now defines the approach behind Aegis Insight Group.
 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in public safety management & criminal justice from Indiana University, as well as a graduate certificate in homeland security and emergency management.

He is a frequent guest lecturer at two Big Ten universities, speaking to graduate-level audiences on counter-terrorism operations, intelligence collection, and analytical methodologies.
 

He is supported by a trusted network of professionals with comparable backgrounds across federal service, tactical operations, and protective assignments. This allows Aegis Insight Group to deliver not only personal expertise, but a depth of capability aligned with the same exacting operational standards.
